Late medieval silver ring

Description

Ca 1450-1500 gilt silver ring, the design of the shape might be a throwback to the middle east and perhaps brought back by the crusaders. The top is fire gilt and the original gilding is in good condition. Probably Italian.
Measurement of the “bezel” :24 mm across
Ring size :”S” + 1/2 = US 9+1/2
